{"id":6108,"date":"2020-10-30T20:00:16","date_gmt":"2020-10-30T20:00:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipes.darcyparks.ca\/?p=6108"},"modified":"2020-10-30T20:00:16","modified_gmt":"2020-10-30T20:00:16","slug":"simple-five-ingredient-breakfast-cookies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes.darcyparks.ca\/?p=6108","title":{"rendered":"Simple Five Ingredient Breakfast Cookies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Serves<\/strong>: 6-9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Source<\/strong>: Deliciously Ella (Quick and Easy)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 large or (3 small) over-ripe bananas, <\/li><li>1 tablespoon coconut or canola oil<\/li><li>1 3\/4 cup of oatmeal<\/li><li>3 tablespoons of milk<\/li><li>1\/4 cup nut or seed butter(it needs to be creamy, not dry)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Optional: handful of raisins for chocolate chips, pinch of cinnamon or salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preheat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment.<\/li><li>Place bananas in mixing bowl and mash until creamy. Add oil, oatmeal, milk, nut butter and any extras to mixing bowl. Stir to combine. <\/li><li>Spoon a large tablespoon of dough into your hands and shape into a ball. Place ball on parchment lined cookie sheet and flatten a little to make a cookie shape. Repeat until all the dough has been used.<\/li><li>Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden.<\/li><li>Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
