{"id":5429,"date":"2013-10-27T23:23:28","date_gmt":"2013-10-28T03:23:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recipes.darcyparks.ca\/?p=5429"},"modified":"2013-10-27T23:23:28","modified_gmt":"2013-10-28T03:23:28","slug":"pork-tenderloin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes.darcyparks.ca\/?p=5429","title":{"rendered":"Pork Tenderloin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Serves: <\/strong>8<\/p>\n<p><strong>Source: <\/strong>?<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Tsp (10 ml) Seasoning salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 Tsp (1 ml) Curry powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 Tsp (1 ml) Chili powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 Tsp (1 ml) Pepper<\/li>\n<li>3 lbs (1.4 kg) 2 large Pork tenderloin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Peach sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Tbsp (30 ml) Water<\/li>\n<li>19 0z (540 ml) Canned Peach pie filling, chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbswp (30 ml) White vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 Tsp (.5ml) Ground nutmeg<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 Tsp (.5ml) Ground cloves, scant measure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine first four ingredients in bowl<\/li>\n<li>Coat pork in spice mixture.\u00a0 Place in small roaster. Cover<\/li>\n<li>Bake in 325 degree (160C) oven for 50 &#8211; 60 minutes until no pink remains &#8211; meat thermometer should reach 160 F (70C)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Peach Sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pour water into roaster after removing tenderloin.\u00a0 Stir to loosen all bits of pork and drippings.\u00a0 Pour into saucepan.<\/li>\n<li>Add pie filling, vinegar, nutmeg and cloves.\u00a0 Heat, stirring often until hot.\u00a0 Makes 2 cups (500 ml) sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Cut pork into slices and serve with sauce&#8230;.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Serves: 8 Source: ?
