{"id":181,"date":"2008-01-05T18:29:18","date_gmt":"2008-01-05T23:29:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recipes2.darcyparks.ca\/2008\/01\/05\/marlas-maple-pork\/"},"modified":"2008-01-05T18:29:18","modified_gmt":"2008-01-05T23:29:18","slug":"marlas-maple-pork","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes.darcyparks.ca\/?p=181","title":{"rendered":"Marla&#8217;s Maple Pork"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong> 6 Servings<br \/>\n<strong>Source:<\/strong> Crazy Plates<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/2 pounds of pork tenderloin<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup pure maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons each reduced sodium soy sauce and ketchup<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon Dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons of grated orange zest<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves of garlic, minced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instructions:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Trim pork of all visible fat.Place pork in a large, heavy duty resealable plastic bag. Whisk together all remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour over pork in bag. Seal and allow to marinade in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer pork and marinade to a small roasting pan or baking dish. Roast uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Pork should be still slightly pink in the middle.<\/li>\n<li>Let pork stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
