Greg’s Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup of frozen butter, grated
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • 1 cup of milk

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425  degrees and line baking with parchment paper.

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Grate butter into dry ingredients and add grated cheese.
  3. Gently stir in milk to dry ingredients.
  4. Drop biscuit dough by tablespoons on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 13 – 15 minutes.
