Ingredients
- 500 g whole yellow peas
- 1 litre water (plus more for soaking)
- 1 bouillon cube
- 2 tsp thyme
Instructions
- Soak peas in lots of water for 12 hours. Pour off the water.
- Add peas and water to the Instant Pot.
- Add bouillon cube and thyme without stirring.
- Pressure cook on high for 45 minutes.
- Stir and serve.
