Ingredients
- A mix of citrus fruits of choice: oranges, clementines, grapefruit, blood orange, pomelo, lime, etc . 2-4 per person depending on size.
- Mint leaves (as much as preferred).
- Maple syrup or honey (to taste).
- Pistachios, roughly chopped.
Instructions
- Peel and slice the citrus fruit (or cut out the filets).
- Arrange on a plate.
- Add mint leaves, chopped pistachios and a drizzle of maple syrup or honey.
