Serves: 1 9 inch pie crust

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions:
- Combine flour and salt in food processor. Pulse to combine.
- Add cream cheese and butter and pulse for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until the dough starts to come together in a loose ball.
- Shape dough into a flat disc about 1 inch thick. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes before using.
- To use the pastry, leave at room temperature until it is pliable enough to roll (30 minutes plus…)
***Most food processors can easily handle a double batch.
