Ingredients:
- 2 Cups old fashioned oats
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 nutmeg freshly ground
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Then mix together and pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Bake at 375 for 25-35 minutes.
