Ingredients:
- 3 cups corn
- 1 cup onion
- 1 cup celery
- ½ cup chopped green pepper
- ¼ cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 2 tsps salt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp celery seed
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients: simmer uncovered about 30 minutes until thickened.
- Pack into hot sterilized jars and seal.
