Ingredients:
- 4 pounds lean pork back ribs
- 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 onion
Instructions:
- Cut ribs into desired sizes. Spread in the bottom of a large, shallow, baking pan or roaster.
- Mix all other ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
- Pour liquids over ribs and bake uncovered at 250° to 300° for 3 hours.
- Baste periodically.
