Serves: Makes about 1-3/4 cups

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp honey, optional
- 1/4 tsp salt, optional
Instructions:
- Whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, oil, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and pepper. Whisk in water.
- Taste and add honey and/or salt only if necessary.
